Power Up gives customers the flexibility to pay an amount of their choice at a time that is convenient for them and in a way that best suits their lifestyle. With Power Up, there are:
Power Up can help with any debt that may have accumulated on the customer's account. Power Up customers will be able to track their payments and usage online or by phone. Timely notifications will also be sent to help the customer manage their account. The Power Up customer will be in control of their account. Community ResourcesStanislaus County Emergency Rental Assistance ProgramStanislaus County, the City of Modesto and the Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority have partnered to implement a local Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) to assist households unable to pay rental and utility bills accrued during the COVID-19 pandemic (between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021).
