Whether you're new to MID or a long-time customer, here's the information you need to get service, change service or report a problem.

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (209) 526-7337 or (888) 335-1643 toll-free. If you are discontinuing service, provide the exact date that you want your service to be ended. DepositsPlease refer to the MID Fee Schedule for deposit information. Appointment Time FrameIn most instances, you need not be present for MID to provide a service connection or repair to your home or business. However, if your presence is required, you have the right to request a mutually agreed-upon appointment within a four-hour period.
