What is TrueCIP?

MID's Irrigation Services Portal for agricultural water customers.

TrueCIP is an online application that gives MID agricultural water customers the ability to manage their accounts and access up-to-date information, and:

  • Make payments
  • View billing and payment history
  • View irrigation water usage.

Here's how to get started.
For assistance, please call the irrigation field office at (209) 526-7639, Monday - Friday 7AM to 4PM.

STEP 1 - Browse to the MID Irrigation Services Portal.

Go to the MID Irrigation Services Portal. To create a new account, click the link that says "Get a login account here".

STEP 2 - Complete the Create a User Account form.

If you have multiple customer ID #'s, be sure to enter all of them in the "Customer #" box separated by a space. You may modify the Security Question to a question of your choice. Click "Submit."

STEP 3 - Your user account will be created with limited access.

After you click "Submit", your user account will be created. Once the screen below appears,click "Continue".

STEP 4 - Your account confirmation is displayed.

Your access will be limited until the MID Irrigation Department has verified and approved the account. You will receive an email notification when your account has been approved. You will be able to fully access your account at that time. Please logout until the approval e-mail is received.
